These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.winkula.com (the "Site") and your purchase or use of Winkula Cat Pro red light therapy products (the "Products"), owned and operated by Winkula ("Winkula," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Site or purchasing the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or purchase our Products.
These Terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
1. Eligibility
By using this Site or purchasing Winkula Cat Pro products, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Will use the Products only as directed and for personal, lawful purposes
- Are purchasing for your own cat or as a gift for another cat owner
- Are a resident of the United Kingdom or purchasing for delivery within the UK
2. Product Information and Intended Use
Winkula Cat Pro products are pet wellness devices designed to deliver red and near-infrared light therapy for cats, particularly senior cats with mobility issues, joint discomfort, and age-related decline.
Important Limitations:
The Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in cats. They should not be considered a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified veterinarian.
You should consult your veterinarian before starting any new wellness routine for your cat, especially if your cat has existing health conditions, is currently on medication, or is under veterinary care for any reason.
3. Health and Safety Disclaimers
3.1 No Veterinary Advice
The information on this Site, including educational content, testimonials, and product descriptions, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute veterinary advice or establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
3.2 Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using Winkula Cat Pro products, you understand and agree that:
- Individual results vary significantly based on your cat's specific health condition, age, and consistency of use
- Results are not guaranteed
- You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified veterinarian before starting any new therapy or wellness routine
- Proper use according to the provided instructions is your responsibility
- You assume all risks associated with your cat's use of the Products
- You will discontinue use and consult a veterinarian if your cat shows any adverse reactions
3.3 Contraindications
Do not use Winkula Cat Pro on cats with:
- Active cancer or tumors (without veterinary approval)
- Open wounds or active infections at the treatment site
- Known photosensitivity conditions
Consult your veterinarian before use if your cat is pregnant, nursing, or on immunosuppressant medications.
4. Your Consumer Rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights when purchasing goods online:
4.1 Right to Goods as Described
Products must:
- Match their description on our Site
- Be of satisfactory quality
- Be fit for purpose
If Products do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
4.2 Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
To exercise your cancellation right:

- Products must be unused and in original, resalable condition
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product was faulty
Exceptions: Digital content (the free digital gifts) that you have accessed or downloaded cannot be returned once provided, as you will have explicitly agreed to immediate delivery and waived your cancellation rights for these items.
We will refund the purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.
4.3 Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If Products are faulty or misdescribed, you have additional rights:
- Within 30 days: Full refund
- Within 6 months: Repair or replacement (we must prove product was not faulty at delivery)
- After 6 months: Repair or replacement (you must prove product was faulty at delivery)
5. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended satisfaction guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with the results from using Winkula Cat Pro, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Guarantee Terms:
- You must have used the product consistently as directed for at least 30 days
- Product must be returned in working condition
- You are responsible for return postage
- Digital gifts are yours to keep regardless
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned product
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 What We Do Not Exclude
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law
6.2 What We Do Limit
Subject to Section 6.1, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from or related to the use of Winkula Cat Pro products or this Site, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income or revenue
- Loss of business
- Loss of profits
- Wasted expenditure
- Veterinary costs for pre-existing conditions
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Products or Site (excluding liability we cannot limit by law) is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
6.3 Reasonable Use
This limitation of liability only applies if you have used the Products in accordance with the instructions provided and have not misused or modified the Products in any way.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winkula, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your misuse of the Products contrary to provided instructions
- Your failure to consult a veterinarian before use where medical conditions exist
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Any negligent or willful misconduct on your part
8. Product Warranties
8.1 Manufacturer's Warranty
Winkula warrants that the Winkula Cat Pro device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components
- Defective LED arrays
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, dropping)
- Battery degradation from normal use
Warranty Claim Process: Contact us at with proof of purchase and description of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product.
8.2 Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect those rights in any way.
9. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
- We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your complete payment card details
- Payment must be received before Products are dispatched
- Failed or declined payments will result in order cancellation
10. Shipping and Delivery
10.1 UK Delivery
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days for standard UK delivery
10.2 Digital Gifts
Your free digital gifts (Custom Watercolor Pet Portrait, "The Feline Healing Guide" PDF, and "Healing Frequencies for Cats" Audio Collection) will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your physical product being dispatched.
10.3 Risk and Title
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
- Title (ownership) passes to you upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect delivery addresses you provided
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Weather events or force majeure
- Failed delivery attempts where you were unavailable
10.4 Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@winkula.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either re-send the product or issue a full refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, trademarks, photographs, videos, graphics, and software, is the property of Winkula or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without our prior written permission

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Site

17.2 Court Jurisdiction
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, proceedings may be brought in the courts of your home nation.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided your statutory rights are not affected.
